At Hatheli, we prioritize your experience and have established clear policies to ensure smooth operations.

Services at Our Place:

• Please arrive on time to ensure your henna application runs smoothly without rush.

• A Rs. 2000 fine applies if you are 30 minutes late without prior notice. No fine if you inform us at least an hour before.

• Your booking will be canceled if you are an hour late, with no advance refund.

Home Services:

• Our senior and junior artists provide home services for your convenience.

• Please avoid keeping our artists waiting upon arrival. A Rs. 2000 fine per 30 minutes applies if they are kept waiting.

General Guidelines:

• Respect our artists at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations disrupt schedules. No advance refund for less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Changes allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Client Note:

• We use 100% natural henna, which darkens fully over 48 hours and fades naturally after 3-4 days.

• Henna requires a minimum 8-hour application time (overnight is optimum); avoid waxing or scrubbing on the same day.

• Henna stains vary based on individual skin types; colors may range from dark blackish to reddish hues.

• Ensure no moisturizer on the skin before application; shave beforehand to aid application.

• Post-application, apply oil after 8 hours to maintain henna color; keep hands warm for best results.

• Follow aftercare instructions for optimal stain development.

• In rare cases where henna doesn't develop color, partial refund or design retracing is offered, however you need to keep us updated with stain pictures.

• Hatheli is not liable if proper aftercare is not followed or if henna application is affected by recent illness (stain quality is affected if you are sick or have been severely ill in the past 2-3 days prior to application).
